‘Accept who you are; and revel in it.’
– Mitch Albom,Tuesdays with Morrie
It’s nearly a year since I joined the Sinful Sunday community, starting posting photos at the beginning of March 2015, and I have a very different relationship with my body now; so much has changed since then.
I have run miles and miles and miles, in all weathers. Running in the rain and the wind, running late at night and painfully early in the morning. My legs are stronger, although my knees may be broken. I am fitter than I have ever been, and it shows in my body. I have faith in its strength and I am proud of its shape.
I have also explored my body’s needs and wants more thoroughly than ever before and, wow, that’s been a lot of fun! So I feel more connected to it, so much more at home in my skin.
I’m just more comfortable being naked now…

It’s a year today since my first solo post! And my knees are fucked too – have some crazy exercises for some muscle I can’t preen pronounce!! I love this – the photo, the strength of your voice and the pride you have in the change in yourself. Bravo! Xxx
